Refund & Returns Policy

At KOYA PRINTINGS, we are committed to providing high-quality printing and design services. Since most of our products are custom-made and printed according to customer requirements, our refund and return policy is different from standard retail products. Custom-printed products are generally not returnable unless there is a production error, damage, or defect caused by us.

1. Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Wedding Albums
  • Wedding Cards
  • Customized Photo Frames
  • Flex Banners
  • Visiting Cards
  • Stickers
  • T-Shirts, Mugs, Bottles, or other customized printed products
  • Any product printed using customer-approved designs

Orders cannot be refunded due to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect information provided by the customer
  • Color variations between screen and print
  • Design approved by the customer before printing

2. Eligible for Replacement or Refund

You may request a replacement or refund if:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is damaged during delivery
  • There is a printing defect caused by our production team
  • The final product does not match the approved design

In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos of the issue.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled before production begins.
  • Once printing or production has started, cancellation requests cannot be accepted because the product is custom-made.

4. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Processing may take 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by KOYA PRINTINGS.
