Once printing, designing, or production has begun, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

8. Refund & Replacement

Refunds or replacements will only be considered in cases of:

• Wrong product delivered

• Manufacturing defects

• Printing errors caused by KOYA PRINTINGS

• Damaged products received during delivery

Customers must report issues within 7 days of receiving the product.
